  • Serving as the primary point of contact of UWC local branch and UWC Global Support Services
  • Acting as the focal point of communication between the parents, prospective students, Alumni and their parents and the EC/NC members
  • Attending all UWC administrator monthly calls
  • Keeping the Executive Committee, National Committee and Alumni informed regarding updates of UWC Bangladesh through email and other means.
  • Answering queries of parents and prospective students, EC, NC and Alumni through phone or email
  • Managing EC, NC and Alumni membership and fees records
  • Using the in-house database as well as UWC network database to keep records of students
  • Promoting UWC benefits, services and opportunities to parents and prospective students through social network, paid media advertising, email marketing, word of mouth, earned media/PR and storytelling
  • Regularly updating information of all UWC branches under the UWC profile on the UWC Bangladesh website
  • Updating and maintaining UWC branch website
  • Communicating all information regarding events to parents and prospective students, EC & NC members and Alumni
  • Onsite management during UWC Bangladesh events
  • UWC logistics support (recruitment, learning, social)
  • Planning and executing Executive Committee summit, dinner, and meeting
  • Attending international strategy summit arranged by UWC International office
  • Managing office day to day
  • Handling and monitoring petty cash and all the other monetary issues (e.g ledger account)
  • Checking invoices/vouchers and bills
  • Maintaining asset and office supply register
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees for front desk and guests management tasks
  • Implementing annual work plans and achieving KPI
  • Working with vendors and subcontractors in delivering programme objectives and activities
  • Making financial planning and budget support along with the use of Tally
  • Organizationing and conducting outreach programs across the country at every school possible
  • Writing reports (e.g annual, reflection, initiative based etc.)
  • Maintaining quality service through continuous improvement of self and subordinates
